The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On November 6, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim by taking the victim’s face in his/her hand, on the grounds that the victim D (55 years of age) did not take personnel service on the front side of the Gwangju Northern-gu B and the C Pharmacy, and by taking the victim’s face from his/her hand.

2. The facts charged in the instant case are the crime of assault and assault, and the victim expressed his intention not to want the punishment against the defendant in the instant court on June 19, 2020, which was after the prosecution was instituted, so the prosecution of the instant case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
