A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant, “2016 Highest 3016, the Defendant was not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the Mepter (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) of a local mental medicine as follows.

1. Purchasing philophones;

B. 2. Medication of phiphones.

A. At around 12:00 on May 18, 2016, the Defendant injected approximately 0.07g of philophones into the Defendant’s arms in a way of injecting them with a single-use injection device, after dilutioning 0.07g of philophones into water.

B. At around 18:00 on May 18, 2016, the Defendant, together with C, injected approximately 0.07 gramphones with C in collusion with C by means of infecting 0.07 gramphones into their own blood cells with a single-use injection device.

At around 21:30 on May 18, 2016, the Defendant, together with C, injected approximately 0.07 grams of phiphonephones into h 306 units, and in collusion with C, administered phiphones in collusion with C by using a single-use injection device for injection.

(d)

On May 19, 2016, the Defendant, within the above H 306 heading room around 00:25 on May 19, 2016, dumped approximately 0.07 gramphones, and administered phiphones by means of injection with a single-use injection device into the blood transfusion.

3. Illegal uttering of official document: (a) the Defendant, on November 22, 201, watched a 482-ro, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si.
