A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the Defendant had sexual intercourse with the victim who is a child or juvenile under the influence of alcohol.
