A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 28, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court; on April 19, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Busan District Court; on July 17, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for an illegal accusation; and on August 13, 2014, on August 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor and completed the execution of each of the above punishment; and there are two kinds of criminal records.

The Defendant 2015 Highest 8449 handled narcotics as follows, despite that he is not a handler of narcotics:

1. On December 10, 2015, the Defendant provided, at least 0.25 grams to E and F, approximately 0.25 grams of Mepta (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a part of plastic medicine contained in vinyl c, Busan Gangseo-gu around December 10, 2015.

2. On December 10, 2015, the Defendant injected a philopon with a method of injecting approximately 0.03g of Meloptopy (one philopopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a primary mental medicine, in water, and administered a philopon with a method of injecting it into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion using a disposable injection device.

G used philophones in a way that 0.03g of philophones are mixed with water, and philophones are injected into G's arms blood cells using a single-use injection device.

3. On December 10, 2015, the Defendant carried philophones in a manner that stores approximately 9.98g of plasticphones and approximately 0.1g of cellphones contained in a disposable injection machine, which was contained in the part of six plastic bags located in the household owned by the Defendant, in the instant DNA parking lot, around 19:35.

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, on December 9, 2015, approximately 3.68g of Merept 2015, a local mental drug, which is contained in the white paper of vinyl in the main body of the Defendant, posted inside the clothes No. 1417 of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, the residence of the Defendant, on December 9, 2015.
