Punishment of the crime

[Public offering] From April 24, 1995 to August 31, 2016, Defendant A served as the senior researcher responsible for researching and developing rubber materials used as automobile parts at C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “victim”) located in Daegu-gun (hereinafter “damage Co., Ltd.”) from April 24, 1995 to August 31, 2016. Defendant B operates the F Co., Ltd. established for the purpose of manufacturing and selling natural rubber products in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu to December 17, 1997.

On July 7, 2014, the Defendants established I Co., Ltd. for the purpose of manufacturing rubber materials products with G, Defendant B’s son as Defendant A’s shareholder.

Since the establishment of February 10, 197, the damage company has reached about 70% of the domestic market share of rubber products, which are automobile parts, as a company engaged in manufacturing, research and development, and manufacturing with its main power, supplied products to J, K, L, M, and NA companies, and up to KRW 1,200 of officers and employees and KRW 250 billion of annual sales, such as exporting (up to approximately 53 billion per annum) foreign products such as the United States and Europe.

In order to prevent the outflow of core technology of rubber products for motor vehicles from being exposed to the outside, the victim company is an important technology or major asset of the victim company, and the process standard working papers, etc. required for the rubber products for motor vehicles are required to manage the company's information assets, such as receiving the "written pledge of information protection" from all employees, conducting industrial security education (one time a year), conducting regular security inspections (two times a year), posting promotional materials, and conducting occasional security inspections, and receiving the "written pledge of information protection maintenance" for the purpose of maintaining confidentiality at the time of leaving the company. The company manages all records to be stored in the management system by using documents security systems (DM) developed by the "O" for security controlled entities, such as document perusal, printing, printing, log recording, file format, deletion, and correction.
