A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to run the fishery business of cultivating shellfish in a demarcated area of waters by using bed of the waters or installing facilities under water as necessary, shall obtain a license from the competent authorities.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not obtain a license for the shellfish farming from the head of Chang Chang-gun on November 18, 201 to September 201, 201, and did fish farming business by spraying 20 tons of spawal spawals from “public land” located between the brush farming place (No. 2829) and the Kim Chang-gun (No. 2462).
