1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the defendant shall be revoked, and the plaintiffs' claims corresponding to the above revoked part shall be filed respectively.

1. Basic facts

(a) The 1D fishing village fraternity that plans for the relocation of fishing grounds subject to the D fishing village fraternity's licensed fisheries shall obtain a license (a license for a person who intends to engage in any of the following fisheries shall obtain a license from the head of Si/Gun/Gu, in accordance with the 2011/2011/2012 fishing ground development plan) from the D fishing village fraternity in the past.

Those who intend to conduct the business of cultivation in the open sea shall obtain a license from the Minister for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.

2. Business of cultivating seaweeds: Business of cultivating seaweeds in a demarcated area of waters by using the seabed or installing facilities under water as necessary;

3. Business of cultivating shellfish: Business of cultivating shellfish in a demarcated area of waters by using the bed of the waters or installing necessary facilities under water;

4. Business of cultivating fish or similar: Business of cultivating marine animals other than shellfish in a demarcated area of waters by using the seabed or installing facilities under water as necessary, or in any other way;

5. Combined cultivating fisheries: Fisheries, other than those set forth in subparagraphs 2 through 4 and 6, of cultivating two or more different species set forth in subparagraphs 2 through 4 in consideration of the characteristics of fishing grounds, etc.;

6. Village fishing business: Business run by a fisher residing in a certain locality to manage, cultivate, catch and gather shellfish, seaweeds, or sedentary marine animals in a demarcated area of waters within a certain depth contiguous to the coast;

7. Cooperative cultivating fisheries: A new inshore fishing ground in the south SeaF (area 6 years existing) developed so that fishers residing in a certain area may engage in a fishing ground (area 9) for which they obtain a fishing license under the provisions of subparagraphs 2 through 5 by dividing the waters within a certain depth limit of the fishing ground of communal fishing business and cultivating the fish in cooperation with those residing in a certain area by the methods provided for in the provisions of subparagraphs 2 through 5;
