Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 1, 2014, the Defendant forged private document at his own house of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B apartment C, using a pentle in the form of a real estate lease contract, the Defendant: “Seoul Mapo-gu D4 floor”; “20 million won in the deposit column;” “20 million won in the deposit column;” “2 million won in the rent column”; and “Seoul Mapo-gu D, E, F, G; and lessee column” in the lessor’s column “Seoul Yangcheon-gu apartment C, H, I, J, and broker column” and then sealed “G” in the name of G.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate lease agreement in the name of G, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On September 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) filed a tax return with a tax official who is aware of the forgery in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) delivered the forged real estate lease contract as if it was duly formed; and (c) exercised the same.
