A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 22, 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim D’s house located in Young-gu, Young-si, Young-si, the Defendant, “The Defendant purchased and sold the pentium and site located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, in the amount of KRW 16-1.8 billion to KRW 120,000,000,000,000,000 won.”

However, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to trade the pension, and the defendant intended to use the money given by the victim for personal debt repayment, etc.

Nevertheless, on October 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; and (b) received a loan from the Savings Bank instead of taking into account the apartment house of Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu (174 million won check; (c) around October 8, 2015, at the location of the lock-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul High-dong, the Defendant received a loan from the Savings Bank on behalf of the victim’s name, for working expenses, etc.

2. On February 10, 2016, the Defendant stated that, at the victim D and the victim F’s house located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Young-si, Young-si, the victims applied to the NH Savings Bank as a security of Taean-si penta, the victims would have paid KRW 50,000 won after one week if the victims lent to the NH Savings Bank at the expense of lending work.

However, the defendant had no intention or ability to repay the borrowed money after a week, and was willing to use the borrowed money for the purpose of personal repayment, etc.

Nevertheless, on February 11, 2016, the Defendant, by deceiving the victims as such, received KRW 50,000 from the victims, 50,000 as loan money at the Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Mag-gu, Mag-gu
