Punishment of the crime
【Crimes by Defendant A, B, C, and D, 6016 Highest 6016
1. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;
A. On July 2016, the Defendant embezzled the lost driver’s license on the part of the Defendant, at the bus stops in front of the Young-gu I apartment complex, Young-gu I. In order to take necessary procedures, such as acquiring the driver’s license on the part of the victim J and returning it to the victim, and embezzled the property that he/she had, on his/her own idea, left from the possession of the victim.
B. On July 24, 2016, from around 14:10 to 19:00 on the same day, the Defendant driven a M 5-car without obtaining a driver’s license from the entrance of the L parking lot located in G in G in G in G in G in Bosi-gu in Bocheon-si, Bocheon-si to the road located in G in G in Gung-gu, Bocheon-si, Bocheon-si, Gan-si.

At around 17:40 on August 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) leased a PJ-to-pubed car at the office of “Oeita” located N in Young-si, Suwon-si; (b) without authority, entered the “J” in the lessee column of the site for the car siren contract; and (c) signed in the name of J on the next side; (d) forged one copy of the car siren contract under the name of J, which is a private document concerning the rights and obligations; and (e) thereafter, submitted it to Q Q, who may know of the fact, to the effect that the contract was duly completed.
2. The Defendants: (a) assist Defendant A and B in driving without a license; (b) assist Defendant A and B to drive a driving practice on the front of the Dongbag Library located in the Donggung-dong, Young-gu, Young-gu, Mag-gu on July 25, 2016, and (c) assist Mag-gu, Mag-gu, despite being aware of the absence of a driver’s license; and (b) assist Defendant A and/or B to operate the steering gear and the steering gear while R is driving a Ma K5 vehicle; and (c) the Defendant B and the said K5 vehicle stop after stopping the said K3 vehicle after stopping the Ka-gu, to the maximum extent possible.
