Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Although a person who intends to run an international marriage brokerage business is registered with the head of the Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the area where he/she wishes to establish a brokerage office in compliance with the criteria prescribed by Presidential Decree, the defendant conspireds with B without registering an international marriage brokerage business. On December 30, 2015, around 19:00, at the "D" coffee shop located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, to enter into a marriage with a Korean citizen E and Chinese citizen, and to enter into a marriage without registration at a price of five million won.
