A A shall be punished by a fine of one million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of three hundred thousand won.

Defendant

A is the representative of the domestic marriage intermediary business in the name of "D" in Busan City, the third floor, and the defendant B is the same year from April 2016.

Nevertheless, around April 15, 2016, the Defendant run an international marriage brokerage business by receiving 2.5 million won of membership subscription terms and conditions and 2.5 million won of membership fees from E, a foreign customer who visited a place without being registered with the competent authority, for the purpose of marriage brokerage.
