A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for the crime of injury in the Daegu District Court and racing support, and on May 12, 2018, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Port Prison.

1. Special intimidation Defendant and Victim B (70) had been aware of about 10 years prior to each other, and the Defendant, from May 2018, had been trying to help the injured party in return for receiving accommodation and lodging from the injured party while living in a container owned by the injured party in the racing-si.

On September 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) had the victim, who had been drinking in the container, and had been drinking in the container on September 29, 2018; (b) had the victim, who had been found in the above place, but had the victim refused to do so; (c) had the victim's own flag, and (d) had the flaged.

“A sound,” which is a dangerous object that had been kept in custody in the above place, and acted as if the victim would inflict harm on the life and body of the victim by displaying the victim several times.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

At the time and place specified in the above 1.1. at the time and place specified in the above paragraph, the Defendant 1: (a) expressed, following the victim B, the Defendant: (b) expressed, “the victim B’s face is humping down, Chewing; (c) drinking at several times; and (d) expressed, from next to the victim B’s spouse, who is 61 years of age, the victim D (mala, 61 years of age) who read the victim B’s face.

The term "the victim's head" means "the victim's head was at one time."

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted victims.
