Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Victims C(47) and Victim D(42)(n) are employees of the F cafeteria located on the 1st floor of Ansan-gu E in Ansan-si.

1. Special intimidation Defendant: (a) around 10:15 on September 11, 2017; and (b) around 10:15, the victim C sykes and sykes together before the above restaurant; and (c) the victim C sykes.
