Punishment of the crime

On February 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased a new lane of KRW 25,910,000 in the market price at Hyundai Motor Telecommunication Agency, Inc., Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., which was located in Dalcheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, 561-5, and (b) borrowed KRW 20,70,000 to Hyundai Capital Capital of the victim for 7.95% interest, and paid KRW 504,862 each month.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the installment to the victim normally because the defendant sold the purchased automobile directly to another place and financed funds.

Nevertheless, the defendant obtained a loan of 20,700,000 won from the victim as a vehicle installment.
