A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution on February 20, 2013 for the purpose of the custody of stolen goods in the Suwon District Court, and on the 28th of the same month, the above judgment is finalized. Defendant B is sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment with prison labor and 3 years of suspended execution on July 26, 2013 in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch for fraud, etc.
8.3. The above decision has become final and conclusive.
On May 5, 2012, the Defendants purchased a vehicle under the name of the Defendant, purchased the vehicle, and conspired to sell the said vehicle to another person to lend cash.
On May 9, 2012, the Defendants: (a) agreed to purchase a vehicle of 1,570,000 won for the mother and child column 7,570,000 won for a vehicle of 48 months, monthly,74,349 won, and (b) agreed to pay the vehicle of 7,570,000 won for the vehicle of 1,78 months, monthly,74,349 won, and (c) submitted to Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd. via the above E, Defendant A applied for a loan to purchase the vehicle of F, a counselor of the victim company, on the 9th of the same month.
However, the Defendants did not have any intent or ability to normally operate the said vehicle even if they were to purchase the said vehicle, because they thought that they would sell it to other places and make a loan.
The Defendants conspired to deception the victim as above and acquired the money from the victim to the new bank account under the name of the Defendant A on the same day by receiving KRW 75.7 million as a loan for automobile purchase.
