A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to eight months and a fine of up to two million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2019, the Defendant made a false statement that he would send golf white bags to the victim C when 200,000 won was connected by the Defendant’s cell phone to the NAB by using the Defendant’s cell phone at an insular site and sending them to the victim C.

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the golf white paper, and he was aware that he obtained money from the victim.

The Defendant, as such, was accused of the victim and received 200,000 won from the victim under the same day as the golf white money.

From April 4, 2019 to July 14, 2019, the Defendant acquired 5,801,000 won in total over 32 times, as shown in the list of offenses.

On May 29, 2019, the Defendant sent a golf white paper to the victim E with access to the “D Dode” by using the Defendant’s cell phone at the Dode site around May 29, 2019, and then sent KRW 200,000 to the victim E.

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the golf white paper, and he was aware that he obtained money from the victim.

The Defendant, as such, was informed of the victim and received KRW 200,00 from the victim for the same golf white paper.

From that time until July 19, 2019, the Defendant received a total of KRW 1,080,000 in total on six occasions, as shown in the annexed crime list, by the following means.

On July 10, 2019, the Defendant sent a distance measuring instrument, which is a golf product, to the victim F, if he/she connects the Internet NAV to the Internet Round and send 280,000 won to the victim F.

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send a distance measuring instrument, and he was aware that he obtained money from the victim.

The defendant deceivings the victim as such, and vice versa the same day from the victim.
