Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver of a shower car.

On December 29, 2012, at around 18:43, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.155%, and the amount of approximately 4 km from the front side of the restaurant that was on the mutual infinite distance, Suyang-dong, Soyang-dong, Seoul to the front side of the 118 A.M., the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
