1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company that manufactures and sells a pressure-free plate, pressure-explosing materials, and human-explosion materials, etc. located in Maineasium from 62, 114, Namdong-gu, Incheon, Namdong-gu, Incheon, with its materials.

B. In outline, the process of the occurrence and extinguishment of a fire on August 27, 2015 (hereinafter “instant fire”) is as follows.

- At around 10:50, the Plaintiff’s employees carried out sea-melting operations (e.g., Manaium pium t., when the temperature from the sea-melting is 700 to 800°C, 10 minutes in a melting channel after the heating of 1 km 5 minutes in a melting channel) and transferred the melted Manaium Pium pium t. - At around 11:04, Defendant fire officers and fire-fighting vehicles arrive at the Plaintiff’s fire site.

- At 13:30, the first step of response was issued.

- At around 19:30, the first step of response was removed, and the final suppression fire was prevented to the extent that it is unlikely to spread in the vicinity.

C.

The fire of this case led to the Plaintiff’s factory Dong building (one 450 square meters and one 450 square meters of steel framed Location Panel), office building (one 26 square meters and one 26 square meters of steel framed Location Panel), machinery and equipment, finished products in storage, raw materials (ten metric tons or more in total).

2. The parties' assertion
