1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff entered into a general fire insurance contract with the Livestock Industry Cooperatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Korea Livestock Industry Cooperatives”) on the building located in the BF C in the Chungcheongbuk- C (hereinafter referred to as the “damageed building”).

The defendant owns and operates the F(cafeteria) in adjoining E to the damaged building.

B. On September 21, 2015, a fire that could not identify the cause of the fire (hereinafter the fire in this case) occurred, the entire warehouse building in F (hereinafter the instant warehouse building), and the inside and outer walls of the damaged building were destroyed by the exterior walls.

Accordingly, on December 10, 2015, the Plaintiff paid KRW 185,589,648 as insurance money for the damaged building to the B stable.

C. The warehouse building of this case, which was behind the F (cafeteria) building, was the first floor of the prefabricated sand site panel structure, and two freezing storages were installed both along the passage.

The damaged building is the three-story building of reinforced concrete structure slive slive roof.
