1. Defendant A’s imprisonment with prison labor for two years and six months, Defendant B’s imprisonment for one year and six months, Defendant C and Defendant E for eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Despite the fact that the Defendants were not narcotics handlers, they handled the hemp and psychotropic drugs, JWH-018 (one spam; hereinafter referred to as “spams”) as follows:
1. Defendant A
A. A. On December 23, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariju 1) around 23:00, the Defendant received, without compensation, approximately 1g of the hemps contained in the plastic bags in L, which was located in the parking lot near Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in a light of the following: (a) the Defendant smoked in a way that, at the above temporary location, the hemps approximately 0.5g (a part of tobacco) of the hemps in which L was in possession, by inserting the cigarette in a way that the Defendant inhales the smoke by attaching the cigarette in a form of a horse.
3) On December 1, 2012, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) smoked 1g (per two pieces of tobacco) of the hemp plant in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government N; (b) as a tobacco paper by mixing it with the general tobacco; (c) thereby making six pieces of hemp tobacco in the form of a tobacco paper; (d) around January 15, 2013, the Defendant was issued a free delivery of approximately 0.3g of the hemp plant located in the underground parking lot of the building in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government P on the lower end of 15:00.
5) On March 1, 2013, at around 01:00, the Defendant received a free delivery of approximately 1g of the hemp plants contained in vinyl Corresponding in L, which was set up on the side of the Rpark in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Seoul, for the Defendant’s house located in the front of the Defendant’s house located in Gangdong-gu Seoul S apartment 101 Dong 1404, around May 15, 2013, the Defendant smoked by inserting approximately 0.5g (tobacco a unit of tobacco) of the hemp plant held by the Defendant on the pipe of plastic pipe by inserting it on the back to the Defendant’s house at around 19:00, May 15, 2013.
7 At around 20:00 on May 16, 2013, the Defendant was in possession of the hemp plant near the U Station located in Mapo-gu Seoul.
