The Plaintiff sought against the Defendant the payment of the claim against the Defendant by transfer from the Korean Card, Korea CFF Capital Corporation, Korea Savings Bank (Seoul Mutual Savings Bank: Mutual Savings Bank; hereinafter referred to as “mutual Savings Bank”), Korea CFF Loan Corporation, and Korea PFF Finance Loan.
