Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2018 Gohap 182]
1. A special intimidation: (a) on September 8, 2018, at the E middle school playground located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant brought an dispute with the Victim K (16 Doh) and the stable. Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
2. Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of reported cases, and suffered injury from the above M.

2. On August 18, 2018, the Defendant was arrested and taken in custody of a flagrant offender due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licenseless driving) at a presidential police station in Q Q in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu around 00:55, and then the Defendant was arrested and taken custody of a flagrant offender.
