Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 08:00 on December 11, 2014 to around 20:30 on the same day, the Defendant stolen one copy of the victim’s corporate bank check at the victim’s home room, which was located in the escape room used by the victim F, in Kimcheon-si, from around 20:30 on the same day.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On December 11, 2014, the Defendant purchased clothes equivalent to KRW 19,900 from H that operated by the victim of the name in the name in the Gu, Si, Si, U.S., and had the F, as described in paragraph 1, pay the price by suggesting that the Defendant is the lawful holder of the card, thereby obtaining economic benefits equivalent to that amount, and using the stolen physical card unlawfully.

B. On December 11, 2014, around 19:33, 2014, the Defendant purchased a stolen physical card of F, as described in paragraph (1), from the J-U.S. store operated by the victim under the name-free statement I of the Gu and caused the Defendant to pay the price by presenting the stolen physical card as if the Defendant was a legitimate holder of the card, thereby obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to that amount, and using the stolen physical card unlawfully.

C. On December 11, 2014, the Defendant purchased 342,00 won from the J-U.S. store at the J-U.S. store on December 11, 201, and had F, as indicated in paragraph 1, pay the purchase price by suggesting that the Defendant is the lawful holder of the card, thereby acquiring economic benefits equivalent to the same amount, and using the stolen cock card unlawfully.
