1. As to KRW 50,00,000 and KRW 25,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000 from December 21, 2019 to July 15, 2020.

The facts of recognition are: (a) on September 23, 2019, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 30 million to the Defendant on June 20, 2020 with a maturity of KRW 6% per annum; and (b) on February 19, 2020, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 25 million to the Defendant on April 30, 2020; and (c) on September 23, 2019, the Defendant paid the principal amount of KRW 5 million among the loans extended on September 23, 2019 and interest paid until December 20, 2019, or there is no dispute between the parties, or may be recognized in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings as indicated in subparagraphs 1 through 3.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the interest rate of 6% per annum from December 21, 2019 to July 15, 2020, the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, 12% per annum from the following day to the day of full payment, 25 million won per annum from February 19, 2019 to the day of the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order, and 12% per annum from the following day to the day of full payment under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc., which is the interest rate of 12% per annum from July 16, 2020 to the day of full payment.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
