The defendant's KRW 115,00,000 to the plaintiff and its related KRW 6% per annum from March 12, 2020 to June 16, 2020.

According to the overall purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff set the amount of KRW 100,000,000 on February 18, 2019 to the Promotion Committee of the Regional Housing Association (hereinafter "Promotion Committee of this case") and the annual interest rate of KRW 6% on February 17, 2020, and lent KRW 15,00,000 on March 12, 2019 to the Promotion Committee of the Promotion Committee of the Promotion Committee of Korea (hereinafter "Promotion Committee of this case") with the maturity of KRW 6% on March 11, 2020 and the annual interest rate of KRW 6%, and the defendant guaranteed each of the above loans to the plaintiff on each of the above lending dates.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff delay damages calculated at each rate of 115,00,000 per annum under the Special Act on the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from March 12, 2019 to June 16, 2020, which is clear on the record that the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order is the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order from March 12, 2019 to March 16, 2020, as requested by the Plaintiff, barring special circumstances.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
