1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 270,130,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 12% per annum from March 1, 2013 to September 30, 2014; and (b).

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a company established on March 18, 1997 by C, the former representative director, with the export and import business of health foods, health cosmetics, etc. as its business purpose.

C Around December 2005, after being hospitalized in a hospital, D and E have been managing the defendant.

D The representative director was appointed on August 12, 2008, and thereafter the chain store recruitment business (frenz business) was added to the defendant's business purpose.

B. Around July 1997, while working for the Defendant, the Plaintiff was in charge of the selection, order, storage, and customs clearance of goods in relation to the importation of goods from foreign countries. From around 2003, accounting work, such as tax, salary, interest payment, and organization of the details of the use of the corporate card, was also in charge.

On February 2013, the Plaintiff retired from the Defendant.

C. While working in the Defendant, the Plaintiff is the Defendant, C, and G C’s wife from the Plaintiff’s foreign exchange bank account (F).

The money was remitted to or withdrawn from the account, such as D and E, and was paid to the defendant and C.
