Punishment of the crime

1. On December 8, 201, Defendant B’s property damage: (a) around 04:10 on December 8, 201, the “G main store” in the “G main store for the F management of the victim F, who was living in Gangwon-do, caused a dispute with the computation of the drinking value with A, living together; (b) he collected a chemical part at the entrance and exit of the said main store; and (c) the chemical part at which the chemical part had been displayed after gathering the chemical part; and (d) damaged the property owned by the victim at the market price of KRW 3.40,000,000,000.

2. 피고인들의 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(공동상해) 및 피고인 A의 상해 피고인 A은 위 제1항과 같은 일시 및 장소에서 B이 위와 같이 화분을 깨뜨리는 것을 보고 주먹으로 B을 여러 차례 때렸고, 옆에 있던 위 주점 업주인 피해자 F(여, 39세)이 이를 제지하자 주먹으로 피해자 F의 얼굴을 1회 때린 다음 발로 엉덩이 부위를 2회 걷어차고, 옆에 있던 위 주점 종업원 피해자 H(여, 30세)이 이를 말리자 주먹으로 피해자 H의 얼굴을 1회 때린 다음 발로 다리를 걷어차 바닥에 넘어뜨린 후 발로 머리를 2회 걷어차고, 위 주점 손님인 피해자 I(43세)이 이를 말리자 피해자 I의 멱살을 잡아 흔들고 주먹으로 가슴 부위를 여러 차례 때려 그 곳에 있던 쇼파에 넘어뜨린 후 발로 가슴 부위를 7-8회 걷어찼다.
