Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants were forced to withdraw from the election of non-standing directors of the E Agriculture Cooperatives in Jin-si, which was implemented on March 23, 2017, and were elected voluntarily, and F is the electors of the above non-standing election as a representative of the interest of members of the E Agriculture Cooperatives.

A candidate for an election of executive officers of a local agricultural cooperative, his/her spouse, etc. shall not make contributions to provide money, goods, or other property benefits, to members of the cooperative, their family members, etc. from 180 days before the expiration of the term of office of the executive officers to the election day.

1. Defendant B, on March 17, 2017, posted a letter of KRW 100,000,00 won for agricultural merchandise coupons, in the letter of F at the above F’s house located in J on March 17, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant made contributions to F members F.

2. Defendant A was working at a pota field located in J on March 21, 2017 at J on March 21, 2017.

F 10,000 won in cash was given to F.

Accordingly, the defendant made contributions to F members F.
