Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The maximum interest rate under a contract for lending and borrowing of money shall not exceed 30 percent per annum.

On November 19, 2013, the Defendant entered into a monetary lending contract at the time of lending KRW 1 million to the victim C in Ansan-si in Gyeonggi-do, and deducted KRW 200,000,000 for the first day, and in fact, borrowed KRW 700,000 for 25 days (excluding the first day) and paid 40,000 per day during 25 days (excluding the first day), and received interest exceeding 30,000 per annum, the highest interest rate as set out in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
