A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (the age of 41) were between June 2017 and August 2019.

In photographing another person's body by using a camera or any other similar mechanism, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, even if it does not go against the will of the person subject to filming at the time of photographing, the photographer shall not be distributed, sold, leased, provided or displayed openly against the latter's will.

In August 2019, the Defendant sent pictures taken by the victim’s sexual relation images, the victim’s chests, sound, balle, etc., taken with the victim’s consent, to C/D using galleno Nom8 on the part of the Defendant, without the victim’s consent, and transmitted such pictures to the victim via smartphone display.

2. In September 2019, the Defendant displayed a photograph taken with the victim’s sex-related images, the victim’s chest, sound, balle, etc., taken with the victim’s consent at a lower-class place, in a way that a number of people can see it by making it available to the public without the victim’s consent, using a galthal thalthoprofic photo on the part of the Defendant’s ownership, by making it available to the public, without the victim’s consent.
