Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who engages in the business of repairing freezing power plant with the trade name of “E” in Busan Nam-gu, and F is a person who manufactures and sells gold products with the trade name of “H” from Busan Jin-gu, Busan.

The Defendant received an order from J who drives an I vehicle with the freezing oil oil source to be attached to the said vehicle, and requested F to manufacture it, received it, and attached to the said vehicle.
