A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. Violation of special Acts concerning the punishment, etc. of sexual crimes (Indecent act by a minor under the age of 13);

A. In August 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against a victim, who is a person under the age of 13, on three occasions through the same three occasions, on a taxi operated by the Defendant at an elementary school located in the Southern Navy C of the same month during the period from August 2013 to the lower police officer of the same month, by carrying the victim E (the victim E) on board the taxi operated by the Defendant, and going F, against the victim’s will, thereby committing an indecent act against the victim’s will.

B. In August 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who was a person under 13 years of age, by carrying the victim on a taxi at a taxi and putting the victim F with the victim’s view against the victim’s will.

In August 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against a victim, who was a person under 13 years of age, with the victim’s breast at D elementary school, carrying the victim on a taxi and F, going to the si, against the victim’s will; and (b) committed an indecent act against the victim’s chest.

2. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. The Defendant, around June 2014, committed an indecent act by force against a juvenile, on the part of the victim, by having the victim H (living in March 2001) aboard the taxi and requesting the victim to kisk, but the victim refused to do so by her hand, resulting in the victim’s arms going against the left side of the victim.

B. In August 2014, the Defendant: (a) provided that the victim was on a taxi in G recreational forest, and (b) provided the victim with a stringing the bucks, and (c) provided the victim with the bucks, thereby committing an indecent act by force against the victim, who was a juvenile, by hand.
