[Criminal record] On September 14, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. in the Gwangju District Court’s net support on September 22, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. On August 22, 2016, the Defendant, such as electronic records,: on August 22, 2016, at the “D Travel Agency” located in Samsungcheon-si, in order to use the credit card issued in the name of Samsung Card Co., Ltd. with the intention to use the credit card issued by the said company, and entered the name and resident registration number of Samsung Card Co., Ltd in the applicant column without the authority by accessing the Internet to the application page for the issuance of Samsung Card Co., Ltd., and in the personal information column, “e-mail: F: Method of receiving the request: Mobile: mobile: State: : Department of Work: Department, position: G: Address, address of the previous Hacheon-si: Hacheon-si, Hacheon-si, YB-si, YB-si, and YY-si, YY-si, YY-si, YY-si, YY-si, YY-si, and YY-si.”

As a result, the Defendant forged one credit card application file in the name of E, which is an electronic record of another person's electronic records on rights and duties.

2. The Defendant sent one credit card application file in the name of Samsung, as described in paragraph 1, at the time, place, and as described in paragraph 1, to the Samsung Card staff who could not know the fact as if it was duly formed.

3. The Defendant, on September 19, 2016, purchased goods from E-art located in the Southern-si of the Southern-si on September 19, 201, and the name of the injured party cannot be known to the operator of the said E-art as the Defendant himself is the said E-art.
