1. Defendant A

A. A. A serious injury: (a) around May 9, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim on the following parking lot for the part of the Defendant’s operation of the Defendant located in Namwon-si, Namwon-si; (b) the Defendant’s key lines conflict with the victim F(42 years of age); (c) the Defendant was under dispute with the Victim F(42 years of age); and (d) the Defendant was able to influen the victim’s face by booming the victim’s breath and drinking the breath; and (e) fluening the victim’s clothes by walking the part of the victim’s clothes, walking the part of the victim’s clothes into the victim’s floor, leaving the part of the victim’s body, leaving the part of the victim’s body over the victim’s upper floor, and caused the victim to suffer from an incurable or incurable disease, such as influencing condition
