A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 9, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) the owner of the “C”; (b) D was the captain of the “C”; (c) the captain of the “C”; (b) the captain of the “C”; (c), F, G, H, and I of the “C”; (c) the J was the captain of the vessel, L, M, N,O, and P of the “K”; (d) Q was the crew of the “K”; (c) Q was the maritime transport liability; (c) the vessel was jointly organized with the “C” and the “K; and (d) he conspired to illegally capture and sell the vessel at a fixed rate and distribute the profits at the rate.

On March 2, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) the captain of “C”; (b) the captain of “C”; (c) the captain of “C”; (c) the captain of “C”; (d) the captain of “C”; and (c) the captain of the vessel, L, M, N,O, and P of “K”; (c) Q is the crew of “K”; and (d) Q is the maritime transport liability; (c) the captain of the vessel, L, M, N, P; and (d) the captain of “K”; and (e) the distribution and sale of the minc line after illegally capturinging the line at a fixed rate.
