1. The plaintiff's primary claim and the conjunctive claim are all dismissed.

Reasons
Basic Facts
C Co., Ltd. (former: D Co., Ltd., E Co., Ltd.) added credit business and loan brokerage business to the company established on February 22, 2007 for the purpose of the business of general construction business, financial service business, etc. and changed as at March 10, 2010.
(hereinafter “C”). By July 29, 2009, F served as C’s representative director. From the same day, the Defendant was registered as C’s representative director until the same day. G performed business related to credit business or loan brokerage business in C, and the Defendant and G are pro-friendly.
H is his father’s father’s father and wife.
From January 8, 2007 to March 24, 2010, the Plaintiff remitted from the account under the name of the Plaintiff H to the account in the name of G Defendant to the account in the name of G or the name of the Defendant for over 32 occasions the amount obtained by deducting interest of 2% or 2.5% per month from the loan agreement as listed below from the loan to the account in the name of G or the name of the Defendant, or granted to G in cash.
