1. The Defendant’s KRW 12,900,000 as well as 5% per annum from August 5, 2014 to August 28, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Defendant is a company for the purpose of publishing daily newspapers, etc. established on April 14, 2009. The Plaintiff is a shareholder of the Defendant, who was employed as a director, but was retired on April 14, 2012, and C Co., Ltd (hereinafter “C”) was established on February 28, 2007, and for the purpose of publishing daily newspapers, etc. dissolved by a resolution of the general meeting of shareholders on July 16, 2010, and is a company for which D, one of the co-representative directors of the Defendant was its representative director.
“The temporary amount of KRW 3,150,000,000 on June 20, 2007, E C on June 20, 2007, the number of KRW 9,250,000 on August 1, 2007,” means the number of KRW 5,250,000 on March 5, 2008, the number of KRW 5,900 on March 5, 2008, or the number of KRW 33,150,00 on March 11, 208.

The Plaintiff, by means of remitting the money as listed in the following table to the account in the name of E in the name of the Plaintiff’s wife or in the name of F, which is the Plaintiff’s wife, to the account in the name of G (hereinafter “G”) that is a printing office that is traded by the Defendant or the Defendant, (hereinafter “the Plaintiff”), as follows, on June 30, 2009, Defendant E with the temporary amount of KRW 10,000 on June 30, 2009 without an agreement on the interest and the due date for payment, "the total amount of KRW 30,000,000 on August 5, 2009, KRW 30,000 on September 3, 200, KRW 100,000 on September 1, 200, KRW 300, KRW 5,000 on September 20, 200, KRW 5,000 on July 209, 2009.
