A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

While the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol, the police officers of the Jinju Police Station, who received the report of the above E and received the report of the above E from the police officers belonging to the Jinju Police Station, and sent the D Company Security Team leader E who supervised the electrical construction of D Company in front of the D Company in Jinju City, without any justifiable reason.

1. On February 28, 2014, at around 22:17, the Defendant: (a) told the Defendant to invalid in Korea, G, H, and I, who was called Jinju Police Station, who was sent to the said D Company upon receiving the said report in front of the said D Company; (b) took a bath to “Ying Chewing franchising” on the ground that the said G would be bad; (c) was arrested as a flagrant offender for the suspicion of obstruction of performance of official duties; and (d) was spited on the part of the head of the said I, who was in preparation of the documents related to the investigation at the said D Company, on the one hand, while he was arrested as a flagrant offender for the suspicion of obstruction of official duties; and (d) was spited on the part of the head of the said I.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the dispatch and reporting of the above police officers, and the arrest of a flagrant offender.

2. On February 28, 2014, the Defendant damaged public goods by destroying water purifiers used by a district unit installed at a certain area to cover repair costs of KRW 287,00,000 on the following grounds: (a) around 22:53 on February 28, 2014, at the office of the said F police box, the Defendant did not debris the lock; and (b) performed a bath to police officers on duty while taking the spits, such as spiting spits, etc.; and (c) thereby damaging the utility of goods used by public offices.
