1. The reasoning of this court's explanation is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance (as to the defendant C, D, E, and F, the part concerning the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance concerning the defendant C, D, E, and F is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act).

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the defendants' appeal is dismissed in its entirety as it is without merit. Since "G" in the third sentence of Paragraph 1 of the judgment of the court of first instance is obvious that it is a clerical error of "D", it is decided to correct it. It is so decided as per Disposition.
