A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On December 23, 2010, the Defendant sentenced ten months to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Incheon District Court on December 23, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on July 10, 201, and was not a narcotics handler, but treated as follows, even though the Defendant did not sell, administer, possess, etc. psychotropic drugs (hereinafter referred to as “coponon”).

1. Crimes of trading phiphones;

A. At around 14:00 on September 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) laid down KRW 300,000 from C in front of a corporate bank located in Songdoo Park-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; and (b) laid down approximately 0.7g of phiphonephones, which entered C with a disposable injection machine.

B. At around 14:00 on October 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) taken 600,000 won from C in the same place as the above paragraph 1(a); and (b) took 1.4g of philophones, which are divided into two for a disposable injection machine, for C.

C. On October 30, 2013, the Defendant received KRW 600,000 from the Agricultural Cooperatives (C) in the name of C to the corporate bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant, and 00,000 from the next day, 01:30,000 from the same place as (A) of the above 1-A, the Defendant got approximately 0.7 g of phiphonephones to C at the same place as the above 1-A.

Accordingly, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 2.8g of philophones to C three times in total at KRW 1.5 million.

2. Crimes of medication of phiphones.

A. At around 22:00 on November 12, 2013, the Defendant inserted approximately 0.03g of philopon from the Defendant’s home toilets located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City 201, into a single-time injection machine, and melted with his arms in his arms.

B. On November 15, 2013, at around 22:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03 grams of philophones at the same place as the above paragraph 2(a) in the same manner as the above paragraph 2(a).

C. At around November 18, 2013, the Defendant, at the same time as the above 2-A at the same place as the above 2-A around November 15:30.
