A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that a person other than a person handling narcotics is not allowed to handle psychotropic drugs-related metropics (title: 'copics'; hereinafter referred to as ‘copics'), the Defendant dealt with the following phiopics:

1. The Defendant: (a) purchased a written phone from D upon the request of C to accept the written phone; and (b) received a written request from C to bring it up for a preception; and (c) received a written request from C to C.

At around 23:30 on June 21, 2013, the Defendant received 70,000 won from C in terms of the purchase price of philopon from G bank near the F in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu.

In addition, around that time, the Defendant received 700,000 won (70,000 won) 1, 402 from D in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H as above from C as the price for the sale of phiphones and delivered it to C.

As a result, the Defendant arranged C and D to purchase and sell phiphones.

2. Crimes of medication of phiphones.

A. At around 00:30 on June 22, 2013, the Defendant administered opphones by inserting approximately 0.05g opphones into a single-use injection machine, and inserting them into the arms following injection.

B. At around 05:00 on the same day as the above 2-A, the Defendant administered 0.05g of philophones into a disposable injection machine at the same place as above 2-A, and administered philophones by means of injecting 0.05g of philophones into the arms after being melted with raw water.

C. At around 19:00 on August 27, 2013, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.1g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine, and in the following injections, the Defendant administered phiphones.

3. The Defendant, on August 27, 2013, put up approximately 0.6g of philopon on the street, located in the JJ in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, and in the machine, 0.6g of philopon.
