A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. 존속 상해 피고인은 2017. 6. 5. 08:20 경 거제시 C에 있는 피고인의 주거지에서, 아무런 이유 없이 그 곳에 있던 책을 그 곳 거실에 누워 있던 피고인의 조모인 피해자 D( 여, 86세) 의 허리에 집어 던지고, 발로 피해자의 허리를 1회 걷어찬 후, 피해자가 이와 같은 피고인의 행위에 관하여 112 신고를 하여 경찰관이 출동하자 화가 나, 발로 피해자의 우측 옆구리를 1회 걷어찼다.

A. B. On March 12, 2017, around 15:05, the Defendant, at the bus stops in the above G G bus stops, took video images around 15 seconds of the victim, following the victim’s seat waiting for the bus by putting the instant portable phone onto hand and waiting for the bus due to booming the bus.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a portable telephone camera against his will.

On March 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the bus stops in front of the above G on March 15:10, 2017, the Defendant used the instant portable phone as hand and the name of waiting for the bus cannot be known as the victim (here).
