1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 11, 2018, at around 17:30, the Defendant: (a) stolen 4 boxes (a total of KRW 20,000) holding four boxes (a total of KRW 20,000), which were co-owned by the victim C, in front of the cafeteria operated by the victim C, located in the Busan Jin-gu, Busan.

In addition, during the period from October 30, 2018 to October 30, 2018, the Defendant committed an attempted theft or theft of another’s property at least six times, as shown in the attached list.
