1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2017, at around 04:00, the Defendant stolen one unit of the mobile phone (700,000 won) with the victim F's head in the "gallon L" room located in Busan Shipping Daegu K, using a crepan or crepan.
