Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person under obligation to serve in the military.

From July 23, 2018 to July 25, 2018, the Defendant received military force mobilization training conducted by the 55th military police unit in the 65th military police unit in the 55th military police unit in the 617th military police unit in the 617th military police unit (in the 617th military force mobilization training unit in the 617th military police unit) from the Defendant’s mother, at the residence of the Defendant in the Hanam-si B apartment C around June 18, 2018, and did not enter the military force mobilization training on the designated date without justifiable grounds.
