A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 12, 2016, from around 22:41 to 23:20 the same day, the Defendant interfered with general traffic, the Defendant: (a) received a demand from the truck driver E who used to move the vehicle, to take the vehicle from the truck driver who was parked in a state where C, the husband of the Defendant, completely prevents the vehicle from driving on the front of the B in front of the B in front of the B in front of the B in front of the B in front of the B in front of the B in front of the B, beyond the median line; (b) however, the Defendant interfered with the traffic by getting the vehicle from C to move, and getting the vehicle from the truck driver who used to move the vehicle, and getting the vehicle unfolded until E dies.”

2. On October 12, 2016, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) at the place indicated in paragraph (1) around 23:20 on October 12, 2016; (b) in order to request the movement of a vehicle from G, a police officer belonging to the F District of the Gyeonggi City Police Station, who was dispatched after receiving a report from E for the foregoing reason, “humbbbbing off the death if the truck article first became aware of the death?”; and (c) G notified the right to refuse to testify and the right to appoint a defense counsel to arrest a person committing an act interfering with general traffic; (d) notified the Defendant of his right to refuse to testify and his right to appoint a defense counsel; and (e) resisting the defect that the Defendant raised from the vehicle; and (e) assaulted the G’s bucks that he tried to put the Defendant on the floor by entering the bucks that he tried to put up.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties on the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes, public peace and maintenance of order, which are police officers.
