Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 5, 2017, while the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.104% in blood around 04:0, the Defendant driven a B rocketing vehicle with approximately KRW 500 meters from around 10 meters in the direction from Pyeong-dong 2:10 p.m. to 60-2 p.m. at the same time.
