On April 28, 2016, the Defendant driven a PP 100 Oral Ba, without obtaining a motor device bicycle license from around 3 minutes from the front of the 'Yyeong-si Station located in Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si' to the front of the 'Dam 27 Domp' located in the same city.
