Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On July 24, 2012, the Defendant driven the above taxi on July 24, 2012, and moved the distance of teacher deduction to the luminous-dong, Gwangju, about 30 km from the luminous intersection to the luminous-1st parallel.
